We Manage Your Property
At Sterling Property Management we will handle several aspects to finding and screening tenants to maintaining the property, collecting rent, and handling any issues that arise. We supervise any necessary repairs and alterations to the property to keep it in good condition and to help facilitate timely turnover.
We will keep books, accounts, and records that reflect all revenues and all expenditures incurred in connection with the management and operation of the property. Once a month we will provide owners with a monthly statement and then another one at the end of the year.
